Registration Forms
Registration for One Spark Academy Session 3 (January 23-March 15) is underway. All classes are first come, first served. Space is limited, and confirmed with payment.
Please download the 2-page One Spark Academy registration. Please read the directions for registration, which are there, or here.
Register for Teen Center enrichment courses through the CRPD. Please note that many courses have strict limits on numbers of participants.
Your child must also read, print out, and sign the Participant Agreement. If registering for a math course, please be sure to complete the OSA Math Survey.
