Laura’s Lunches and Links
One Spark Academy students have the option to be involved in the planning, preparation, enjoyment, and clean up of delicious meals, which include a wide range of seasonal and nutritious ingredients. We take our commitment to educating the whole child very seriously– and that includes nutrition! In my planning, I also consider the varied dietary needs of our community, so that everyone can enjoy a wonderful lunch. We hope our recipes will spark your palate into trying new, healthy dishes each week! While I won’t post every recipe I use, please let me know if there’s a particular recipe you would like me to post, and I will do my best to accommodate you. Laura@onesparkacademy.com

Will they be any summer classes in food preparation for non academy students? My grandchildren ages 12 and 11 would love to learn One Spark cooking.

We don’t have any classes set up for summer, but it’s worth a look. Check our website frequently, as we’ll post any offerings. Thanks for the inquiry!
We’re glad you’re interested.
